Build Package for Character Creation

Character creation build package is 25 points. This 25 XP supercedes/replaces all "freebie" points listed in any White Wolf books and is to be spent per XP costs. Pure mortals (not including kinain, kinfolks, ghouls, etc.) DO receive 5 freebies in addition to the 25 XP build due to their limited traits, etc

• You can earn a max of 5 XP a month from attendence, good roleplaying, costuming, and journals. And really really good roleplay. :)
• You can also earn another 20/year in stories (not journals).
• Also, we have given out 5xp bonuses for certain character types we need more of - for a while, we needed more unseelie, now we need more commoners, so commoner kith fae get an extra 5 right now.
